Supporting the purchasing department in all administrative and organizational tasks
Data maintenance in our ERP system (procurement times, customs, prices, material groups...)
Monitoring and maintenance of delivery dates and price inquiries to suppliers
Checking invoices, AB maintenance and urgent requests
Internal communication within the team and with upstream and downstream departments
Preparation of presentations and data (Intrastat)
Successfully completed commercial training
First professional experience in a similar position desirable
Ideally knowledge of operational purchasing/order management
Experience with ERP system Navision an advantage
Confident handling of common Office applications (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook / Teams)
Solution-oriented behavior, quality awareness and affinity for numbers
Structured way of working and strong team and communication skills
Confident written and spoken German and English skills
