Assistant Controlling

(M/F/D)*

In this versatile position, you will support our controlling team in the maintenance and control of project-relevant data as well as in the creation of important analyses and reports. With your commitment, you will ensure data quality, create space for more in-depth analyses and contribute to the further development of our controlling.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Monthly creation and updating of reports and analyses, e.g. various hourly evaluations and overtime/vacation accruals.
  • Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as with annual planning.
  • Preparation of data for accruals and internal reports, as well as preparation of presentations
  • Preparatory work for the month-end closing, e.g. various transfers
  • Administrative support of the Director Conrolling, e.g. presentations, preparation of various meetings, calendar maintenance, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, HBL, HASCH) or comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
  • Good MS Office skills, ideally complemented by experience with ERP systems.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • A detail-oriented, structured and team-oriented way of working.
  • Integrity, discretion and enjoyment of proactive service.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 40.462 Euro.
